I don’t know what your plans are for January of next year, but you may want to consider joining me for a trip to sunny Costa Rica. That’s right, as much as I enjoy the steelhead and ice fishing here in Central Washington in the winter I have arranged for some spectacular fishing for marlin, sailfish, roosterfish and other species in Golfito. We’ll be staying at the splendid Casa Roland and I have also arranged a side trip to one of the national parks for a day of viewing the flora and fauna of this region. I have chartered two off shore boats with the top skippers and they will have the best gear on board for trolling for the incredible numbers of billfish that are available here and will also tease these fish to the boat in range of a fly cast. My friend Dan Ross says I have chosen wisely. Golfito is the only place on the west coast that he guarantees roosterfish for his clients. If you want to learn more about this experience, go to my web site and click on the Travel Page. You will find out all about it and who to call to reserve your space.
