For FishingMagician.com I'm Eric Granstrom. Happy birthday to my wife, Marion. Well, it was actually yesterday. But if I've learned anything over the years of relationships, I know now that your better half's birthday lasts more than just one day. What's amazing about Marion is that she's up for any adventure. In fact, she's usually the one pushing me out the door to get out on the water and go fishing somewhere. Now, she'll be the first to admit that she doesn't like getting up early. She says she's not a morning person in the least. But she's so forward-thinking about it that it has changed my approach to fishing trips. If we're headed for anywhere that's more than an hour drive, we now go the night before so we're ready to launch first thing and she can sleep more. And while I know she couldn't tell you how to get to Billy Clapp or Rufus Woods, I know she'll greet each adventure with fresh enthusiasm. She's the one reminding me to do my fishing report. She's the one behind the camera, and in front on occasion. She is the best fishing and life partner a guy could have. Until next time, Happy Birthday Marion!
