For FishingMagician.com, I'm Eric Granstrom. When I was a kid, I dreamed of playing for the Seattle Seahawks. A serious lack of size and physical ability would prevent me from reaching my dream, so I dreamed up something else. If I couldn't play professional football, maybe I could be around it. I pursued a career in radio which led me to meeting the broadcast crew for the Seahawks, which led me to becoming the producer of the Seahawks Radio Network. That was 20-years ago and I still produce the preseason game. My stepson Trent had a dream when he was 5 to become an astronaut. 24-years later, he's within reach of going into space. Trent is a finalist through Uplift Aerospace to fly aboard Blue Horizon's New Shephard rocket. He has spent years developing cost-efficient space suits for commercial use and works at Biosphere 2 through the University of Arizona.
