Fishing was a bit slow for most anglers at Burke Lake on the March 1st opener, but check out the size of the rainbow that they were getting! This one was landed by Del Ihrig of Moses Lake.

These perch are filling a 5-gallon bucket pretty quickly for a pair of local anglers. Fishermen are reminded to keep their catches to a reasonable number, so there will plenty to catch this summer!
