It may seem odd to be doing a review on Lifewater in the winter, but there is a reason. In the past I have not been good about hydration. I spend a lot of time on the water and outdoors and before I was introduced to Lifewater I was suffering from cramps. It really came home to me when I was floating the Methow River on a very cold day in November. When I pulled myself into the raft I got a cramp that practically put me back in the water! I would get cramps mostly in the evening, and would use potassium to relieve them. Since I started drinking Lifewater I have not needed to take potassium in the evenings and cramps is a thing of the past. I drink lots of Lifewater when I am in the field and at home. I have greatly increased my fluid intake because I like it! There are so many great flavors with the amount of sweetness that I am hooked. A couple of my favorites are Strawberry Dragonfruit and Yumberry Promegranate, but when you go to the grocery store you’ll find a huge number of different flavors. Try a few until you find one you like. The benefits of proper hydration are many, and it is particularly important if you are outdoor active. Having a drink that I actually enjoy has made a difference for me, and I hope it does for you, too.
