It’s show time! Every winter there are several outdoor shows scheduled in Washington, and they are happening right now. The state’s largest show is the Washington Sportsman’s Show in Puyallup. This one is held at the State Fair Grounds and they fill up the main arena and most of the surrounding buildings. It starts on January 27th and runs through the 31st. Overlapping the beginning of this show is the Seattle Boat Show, which is held at Century Link Field and even more boats are found on the water on Lake Union. There are over 1,000 boats displayed in the arena, and there is regular free shuttle to Lake Union. The dates of the Boat Show are January 28th through February 6th. There are two more shows in Eastern Washington. The first is the Central Washington Sportsmen’s Show, held at the Sundome in Yakima. This one has been going for over 26 years and is a favorite of anglers and hunters alike. It is scheduled for February 19th to the 21st. Back again this year is the Wenatchee Valley Sportsmen’s Show at the Town Toyota Center. I will be at this one doing presentations at the Bob Feil Boats and Motors booth. It takes place on February 26th to 28th.
