On a recent trip to Fish Lake, near Lake Wenatchee, my fishing partner and I caught large numbers of rainbow on a variety of lures. This one hit a fly.

This railroad bridge is just down stream from Enloe Dam, which is the end of the line for migrating fish on the Similkameen River.

The Similkameen River, which opens to steelhead fishing on the 1st of November, is loaded with spawning Chinook salmon right now.

I am pretty proud of this whitefish I pulled from a deep hole on Warm Springs Creek, near Anaconda. It was the fattest whitefish I had ever seen!

My fishing partner, Ed Heim of Anaconda, shows off a nice brown trout from Warm Springs Creek. It was the first fish he had caught on a rod made for him by his father-in-law.
