By Eric Granstrom

For FishingMagician.com, I'm Eric Granstrom. By the way, I'm not dead. In my last report, I told you about receiving word from my bank that mail meant for me was returned to them with a stamp from the post office saying "deceased." Well, I went down to the post office and the gal behind the counter said the mail carrier is the one who would put that kind of stamp on my mail. Of course, I asked how in the world she would think I'm dead! The lady helping me at the post office said, "that's a great question!" She wrote a letter to the mail carrier assuring me that it would be taken care of. But since then, I have not received a single piece of mail. Seems like this situation is not over. Meanwhile, we're pretty much up to our hind end in snow here in North Central Washington with the Big Dump of 2019 hitting with a vengeance. The best part of this winter will be how much we appreciate the warm days of summer, bobbing around on a lake of our choosing, not a care in the world, waiting on a bite. Until next time, Good Fishing!
